A few things before your membership starts on the 1st of next month:

  1. You should have received a Betty Health receipt via email, if you didn't please write us an email at support@betty.health as this means we don't have your correct email address
  2. You'll get a welcome kit from Careington in the mail (within 4 weeks), this kit has a physical card used for many of the in-person discounts Betty Health includes (you'll also receive the kit electronically with a e-card in the next few days)
  3. You'll receive an email towards the end of this month with login setup for Betty Health and telehealth (you'll need to sign their waivers and register dependents + Betty Health does not have access to your personal health information)
  4. We suggest you add https://betty.health to your home screen for easy access as this will be the hub for all access going forward. Here's how to do it on APPLE or ANDROID
